Frequently asked questions about High Roads Conversion Studio
The Studio
A visual builder funnel you add to your sales and marketing. Customers configure and price their real project on your site before they ask for a quote. You get a finished brief with scope, selections, and a budget range instead of a blank form and a vague message.
You get a done-for-you funnel: the visual builder, hosting, your branding, and lead delivery. Customers configure and price their project before they submit. Each lead arrives with full scope, selections, budget range, timeline, service area, contact details, and a grade. Leads notify you instantly and land in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace, or flow to your CRM through a webhook.
Your current form collects contact info before you know anything about the job. The visual builder funnel works the other way around. Customers build and price the project first, then submit. You get a scoped brief instead of a name and a guess. The first conversation is about the job itself, not pulling details out of a stranger.
A contact form asks for a name and hopes for details. A lead-gen ad buys you a name from someone who may never have seen your work. Your funnel works differently: the customer configures and prices their project on your site first, then submits a scoped brief with real selections and a budget range. You are not buying lists or chasing vague inquiries. You are converting visitors you already have into calls you are ready to take.
Yes. Visitors configure their project in a guided visual experience. They select options, see how those options look, and watch the estimated price range change as they go. That keeps the project clear and sets honest budget expectations early. An itemized table breaks down each line: the choice, the cost, and a short explanation of why it costs what it does. When one option costs more than another, customers see the reason before they choose. That education reduces confusion and helps them budget for the outcome they actually want.
Yes. We brand the funnel as yours: your logo, your colors, your language. It should read as part of your company, whether it lives on your current website, in your ad flow, or as a stand-alone page.
Yes. We brand it as yours and configure pricing from how you actually sell. Customers see the options and price ranges that reflect your business, not generic defaults. You sign off before anything goes public.
When a customer has to define the project before you can quote, this works. The details they pick shape the scope and the price. It fits any project-based business where the final number depends on what the customer selects. Browse our demo gallery to find one close to yours.
Leads and quality
Everything the customer configured: project scope, their selections, a budget range, timeline, service area, and contact details. You open the lead already knowing the job. The first call is about moving forward, not figuring out basics.
Lead grading ranks each submission by how strong a fit it is for your business. Budget, timeline, scope, and location all factor in. The result shows up as a letter from A to D, with A being your best leads and D being lower priority.
When a customer completes the funnel, their submission is scored on fit, urgency, budget signal, and location. Each lead gets a letter from A to D based on how well the project matches your business. Your workspace ranks them so your team can see who to follow up with first.
They are yours. No per-lead fees, and nothing is shared or resold. When a customer finishes, you get a notification. Every lead also lands in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace or CRM, where your team can review, assign, and follow up.
Leads show up in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace and can flow to your CRM through a webhook. You get a notification when someone finishes, with the full project brief attached. Log in with an email sign-in link or your Google account.
You get notified when a customer completes the funnel. The brief arrives in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace with scope, budget, timeline, and grade. From there, it can flow to your CRM via webhook or stay in the workspace for your team to work.
No lead guarantees. We are not an ad platform or a lead broker. The funnel improves how your existing traffic converts. Visitors who finish arrive scoped and graded. You control where the traffic comes from. We make more of it worth your time.
Getting started
You can try the customer experience before you commit. Visit our demo gallery and open any trade demo. Configure a project, watch the price range change, and see the kind of brief you would receive. It is the real funnel experience, not a slideshow.
Here is the real timeline. Step one: about 30 minutes filling out our onboarding form with how you sell and what you need captured. Step two: we build your funnel in 2 to 7 business days. Step three: you review the version we send and approve it. Once approved, you are live, unless something is still pending on your side, like branding assets or details you chose to add later. Two revisions are included with your build. They are refinements, not a full restart. Revisions usually land in 1 to 2 business days, and we extend that when the request needs it.
About 30 minutes on our onboarding form. It asks for your service area, the projects you want more of, how you price jobs, and any sales docs you already use. Branding basics like your logo and colors help too. We handle the build from there. You review before anything goes live.
No. We build and run the funnel for you. You can still change the things customers see, like your labels, your prices, and your branding. When a customer finishes, you get a notice right away with the full project details. Send the lead to your CRM, or work it in the High Roads Conversion Studio workspace, where your team can review, assign, and follow up. From there, add the funnel to a page on your current website, plug it into a step in your ad flow, or use it as your new website. You do not need to learn a builder or admin tool.
No. We host everything and keep it running. You focus on your business. The funnel is configured for your jobs, your branding, and your pricing, and you sign off before it goes live. Nothing for your team to install or maintain.
Yes. You can update labels, prices, and branding on your own anytime. You can also adjust simple option settings yourself, like an option name or price. More involved work, like changing how 3D options look or work together, goes through us. Routine small updates are no problem. Larger requests may be billed separately. Nothing is frozen at launch.
Yes. Simple updates like labels, prices, and branding you can handle yourself. Bigger changes, like new steps, deeper pricing logic, or 3D option work, we do for you. Reach out with the details and we update the funnel. Routine small updates are no problem. Larger requests may be billed separately.
Pricing
Early Access pricing is $3,500 to set up and $750 a month, locked in for early clients. That covers the build, hosting, maintenance, lead alerts, and your workspace. There are no per-lead fees. Need a second funnel for another service? Additional funnels are $3,500 to set up and $350 a month each.
No per-lead charges. Your monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and your workspace. Your first term is six months from launch, then month-to-month. Add-ons, like extra funnels, and overages, like larger custom work, are priced separately and spelled out upfront.
Yes. Businesses use multiple funnels in different ways. One per service line is common, so each stays focused. Some run a dedicated funnel for a specific offer, a seasonal push, or a single ad campaign. Others split by region or project type. Every lead lands in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace, and each funnel can route to a different CRM via webhook. Additional funnels are available as add-ons. See pricing for current rates.
Billing and account
Yes. Your first term is six months from launch. After that, you are month-to-month until you cancel. There are no per-lead fees. Your monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and your workspace.
Once your first six months are up, cancel anytime from your account settings. Prefer email? Send hello@highroads.io a note with your company name and we will take care of it. Either way, your funnel stays active through the thirty-day notice period and any time already paid for.
The setup fee is due before we begin work. Once we start building your funnel, it is not refundable. That covers the time we spend configuring your visual builder, branding, pricing, and lead delivery. If you have questions before you commit, reach out at hello@highroads.io.
Your leads stay yours. After cancellation takes effect, your hosted funnel and lead notifications stop, but your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace stays available so you can export your lead data. Need help exporting? Email hello@highroads.io. We keep data only as long as needed under our Privacy Policy.
You have fifteen days to fix a failed charge. Update your payment method in your account or email hello@highroads.io. During that window we may pause your live funnel and lead notifications until payment is current. Your workspace may also be limited until the balance is resolved.
Support and access
Pick the path that fits you. Book a funnel audit to schedule a Google Meet funnel audit. Reach out through our contact page. Or email hello@highroads.io. We look at your trade and market, then set up your access and email your onboarding link. The onboarding form covers how you sell, what you charge, and any docs that help us build your funnel. You can complete the whole onboarding without a call. Book a funnel audit is there when you want a live conversation first.
Email hello@highroads.io anytime. You reach the team that built and runs your funnel, not a generic support line. They already know your setup, so you are not starting from zero every time.
Support is not a handoff to strangers. The team that built your funnel stays available for what happens after launch: questions about your leads, your workspace, your routing, and small changes you want to make. When the change goes deeper than labels, prices, and simple settings, like reworking how the visual builder looks or behaves, that is handled separately.
After launch, you stay connected to the same team. Reach out when you need help with your funnel, leads, or workspace. We do not meter it or sell it as an add-on. Substantial custom work is a separate conversation.
You add teammates yourself from your workspace team settings. Send an invite to their email and choose their role. They sign in through an email sign-in link or Google. Removing a teammate or changing their role works the same way on that page.
If you are not a customer yet, schedule a funnel audit or reach out through our contact page. We can walk through your business and what a funnel would look like for you over Google Meet. If you are already live, email hello@highroads.io and we will set up time to go through your funnel and leads together.
Yes. Your lead data belongs to you. It lives in your High Roads Conversion Studio workspace and is not sold or shared. Customer data from your funnel stays tied to your account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy or email terms@highroads.io with specific questions.
